Terms of Service for Autokast Rebroadcasting Infrastructure
Last updated: August 23, 2026. Please read these provisions carefully before connecting any broadcast stream.
1. Purpose & Nature of Service
Autokast provides a robust cloud infrastructure platform that facilitates the automated rebroadcasting and synchronization of real-time video signals from public Douyin (TikTok China) rooms to user-configured RTMP destinations, such as YouTube Live.
Autokast acts solely and exclusively as a technical conduit and passive computing provider utilizing Smart Passthrough technology. The platform does not permanently store video recordings, does not edit audiovisual content, and exercises zero editorial control over the broadcasts selected by Users.
2. Accounts, Registration & Security
To access the control panel and configure broadcasting channels, the User must authenticate via a verified identity provider (Google Sign-In). The User is solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their credentials and all activities performed under their account.
Any unauthorized access or suspected security breach must be reported immediately to Autokast's technical support team.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations
Services are offered under recurring monthly subscription plans processed through the Polar.sh payment gateway (Creator Plan at $19 USD/mo, Duo Plan at $35 USD/mo, and Agency Plan at $59 USD/mo).
Subscriptions can be managed, upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time via the Polar.sh customer portal with no mandatory lock-in. Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Clause 4.1 — Sworn Declaration of Content Ownership & Title
The User represents, warrants, and swears under oath that they are the titular legítimo de los derechos de autor of the video broadcast or that they have obtained autorización o consentimiento expreso from the original creator of the Douyin broadcast to rebroadcast, synchronize, distribute, and transmit said signal to their YouTube channel.
Clause 4.2 — Prohibición Absoluta de Retransmisión no Autorizada
It is strictly forbidden to use the Autokast platform to rebroadcast, redistribute, capture, or synchronize any live stream, musical event, sports broadcast, television program, or copyrighted content without the prior express consent of the content owner.
Clause 4.3 — Política DMCA de Tolerancia Cero
Any valid copyright infringement notification (DMCA Strike, formal claim, or judicial notice) or detection of unauthorized use will result in the suspensión inmediata, definitiva e irrevocable of the User's account, the preventive blocking of their configured channels, and the total forfeiture of any balance or paid subscription fees, with no right to refunds or compensation whatsoever.
Clause 4.4 — Indemnification & Hold Harmless
The User expressly agrees to defender, indemnizar y mantener totalmente indemne a StreamMatrix, its directors, developers, affiliates, and technical infrastructure providers against any claim, lawsuit, damage, liability, economic loss, administrative penalty, or legal expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising directly or indirectly from a copyright infringement committed by the User.
5. Service Availability & SLA
Autokast utilizes best-in-class technical efforts to deliver 99.9% availability on its dedicated cloud infrastructure. However, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Autokast is not responsible for interruptions attributable to third-party network outages (Douyin or YouTube), submarine fiber cuts, regional geolocation blocks, or previously communicated scheduled maintenance windows.
6. Compliance with Third-Party Policies (YouTube & Douyin)
The User agrees to abide at all times by the Normas de la Comunidad de YouTube, Términos del Servicio de YouTube, and applicable Douyin regulations.
The misuse of RTMP keys or the transmission of content that violates YouTube's community standards will result in the automatic and unappealable termination of service.
7. Modifications to Terms & Contact
